Looking for a detailed and organized professional to assist the Lead Preschool Teacher with evening activities geared towards the curriculum. This individual must be able to fill in and take a leadership role in the absence of the Lead Teacher. While working under the direction of extraordinary leadership, you will have the opportunity to directly impact and influence the lives of children. Our centers are among the few 2 and 3-Star rated centers in the Cleveland area. This is a rewarding career that allows utilization of leadership, creative and organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program to obtain an Associate's Degree and have at least two years' experience working in a childcare center. Bachelor Degree or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Absolutely must have a H.S. Diploma or equivalent, pass background screening and age 18 or over.

In our program, parents have the security of knowing their children are safely taken care of in their absence. In the classroom, the teachers provide opportunities for learning in an atmosphere of trust and love. The centers allow for children (with proper supervision) to participate in activities both inside and outside their home classroom. Each center provides a large, outdoor play area for large muscle play and activities. Additional services are available to address a variety of family issues including counseling, parenting skill training, and a host of residential and community-based mental health services.
