We have a fantastic opportunity available for a customer focused professional to work part-time assisting with password reset, device rentals and repairs, and basic computer troubleshooting.
The Help Desk employee works with all levels of faculty, staff, students, and parents.
Qualified applicants will:
Exhibit professionalism, patience and understanding Troubleshoot issues with computer hardware, peripherals, and software, and to provide general IT assistance Provide clear and accurate explanations for technical solutions Repair Chromebooks and other devices as needed First line of support for all faculty, staff, student, and parent technology needs Escalate issues to level 2 or 3 support when needed Return emails and/or phone calls in a timely manner Contribute to weekly department meetings Complete other tasks as assigned Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
