With a compassionate approach for our clients & the environment, The Mindful Broom is creating a non-toxic & low waste cleaning option for Cleveland, Ohio! I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join me as a House Cleaner.
The role will start off as an independent contractor position.
The schedule is flexible but it would need to remain pretty consistent once it's set for the month.
Initially, it would be 5-10 hours per week with a lot of opportunity to grow!
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning and tidying tasks to a high standard in clients' homes.
Maintain great attention to detail, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned.
Adapt to various cleaning needs and preferences of our clients.
Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Work efficiently and independently while upholding our values of trustworthiness, honesty, and timeliness.
Comfortably work in homes with cats and dogs present.
Requirements:
No professional cleaning experience necessary! A checklist will be provided and we will work together for at least for the first few weeks.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Cheerful and personable demeanor.
Must be trustworthy, honest, and punctual.
Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits:
