This is a part-time position working about 30 hours each week.

Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and oversee other general office activitiesMaintain organized and efficient system for documents, records, paperwork, required monthly reporting, and donor databaseEnsure that office equipment is well maintained and that supplies are ordered and work with IT to resolve any computer and/or phone issuesMaintain and track invoices for annual audit requirementsEnter senior delivery information into the company software systemAssist with recruiting and training new volunteers as needed, create a daily schedule, and record all volunteer hours for annual auditPerform other duties as neededJob
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years previous office administration experienceMust be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and be willing to learn the company softwareMust have strong organizational skills while being able to pay a high attention to detailMust have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsMust have the ability to work with a diverse client populationOnly candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
