The Leasing Coordinator must always be marketing for new tenants and be up to date with current market trends.
This person will keep a pipeline of the most qualified renters and fill vacancies with those tenants in the future.
The Leasing Coordinator is the main contact for all vacant properties that are to be leased and for tenant and property owner related items while the unit is vacant.
This person will work to ensure quick turn around times for units, keep a close eye on marketing, ensure we are not missing any properties that should be actively marketed, handle screening of tenants and ensure all documents are properly executed.
This person will be responsible for all leasing agents.
There is a great deal of creativity in thisrole.
Primarily this position is in the office, with some work in the field to check on properties, perform walkthroughs and deliver keys.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
