Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Assist with drafting and editing documents, including contracts and agreements - Conduct research and compile data for market analysis reports - Coordinate and organize events, such as open houses and client appreciation events - Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables - Transcribe meeting notes and maintain organized files and records - Greet clients and visitors at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) - Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to assist with event planning and coordination - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
